Must it be in a box?

No! Despite our name, your item doesn't need to be in a box. Bags, envelopes, wrapped items, or any secure packaging works. Just make sure it's properly sealed, protected for transit, and within an equivalent of a 130cm large box (about the size of a desktop PC tower).

What are my parcel limits?

We accept parcels up to 130cm total (Length + Width + Height combined) and 20kg. For reference, 130cm is roughly the size of a desktop PC tower. A box measuring 50cm x 40cm x 40cm would be within limits.

What are your operating hours?

Our delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), daily including weekends and most public holidays. You can schedule bookings anytime for delivery within these hours.

When will my parcel arrive?

Standard deliveries arrive within 4 hours of pickup. Express deliveries arrive within 1 hour of pickup. For multi-route or batched orders, we pick up and deliver sequentially based on the stops in your order. You'll see the estimated arrival time when booking.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive delivery updates through app notifications.

What if no one is home?

Our driver will place your package outside your door or follow any instructions you provide when booking. If no one is available to receive, re-delivery is subject to the driver's discretion and availability.

Does BoxPls deliver to all areas in Singapore?

We deliver island-wide except: offshore islands (Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St John's Island), military camps (guardhouse drop-off only), ports, shipyards, and restricted roads. You'll be notified if your location is restricted when booking.

Can you deliver to army camps?

Yes, but delivery is limited to guardhouse drop-off only. The recipient will need to collect the parcel from the guardhouse.

How is pricing calculated?

Delivery pricing starts from $12.33 per parcel and is calculated based on distance, delivery speed, and number of parcels.

• Standard (4-hour window): Single deliveries from $12.94.
• Express (1-hour window): Single deliveries from $15.
• Batch bookings: Price per parcel is based on the number of stops and distance between them. Shorter distances between stops mean lower per-parcel rates, starting from $12.33.

A 5% service fee applies to all deliveries. Area surcharges may apply for certain zones.

How does pricing work for multiple parcels or stops?

Our system automatically calculates the best price based on your total parcels, stops, and distances. Volume discounts are applied automatically as you add more parcels or stops.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Yes! Perishables like cakes, flowers, and food are allowed. However, proper packaging is the sender's responsibility. We recommend insulated bags for temperature-sensitive items and sturdy boxes for cakes and flowers.

Can I send fragile items?

Yes, fragile items are allowed. Please ensure proper packaging with adequate cushioning (bubble wrap, foam, etc.). Mark your package as "FRAGILE" and include handling instructions when booking. Our team will handle with care, but proper packaging is essential.

What items are prohibited?

We cannot deliver items that are illegal under Singapore law, including:

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Weapons and ammunition
• Counterfeit goods
• Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, corrosives)
• Duty-unpaid cigarettes and alcohol
• Any other items prohibited by Singapore regulations

Is my parcel insured?

We do not provide insurance coverage for items in transit. If something goes wrong, contact us with your booking ID and photos. We review every case. For high-value items, arrange your own transit insurance.

Our drivers are trained to handle all packages with care. We do not provide insurance coverage for items in transit, so please ensure proper packaging before sending. If something goes wrong, contact us immediately with your booking ID and photos. We review every case and take appropriate action. For high-value items, we recommend arranging your own transit insurance.

Can I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking before it is accepted by our system. Once a driver has been assigned, cancellations are not allowed.

How do refunds work?

If we are unable to assign a driver to your booking, we will notify you 1 hour before your stipulated pick-up time. For card payments, the hold on your card is released instantly and no charge is made. For PayNow payments, a refund is issued immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Can I change the delivery address after booking?

You may update the delivery address before your booking is accepted. Once a driver has been assigned, the address cannot be changed. Please cancel and place a new booking if needed.
