Do you assign the same driver on each run?
As much as we can, we assign the same driver to your runs. Familiarity with your route and your stops makes every round faster.
If my deliveries can be completed between a certain date range, is it cheaper?
No. We collect everything in one pick-up and dispatch right away, so nothing sits in storage and there are no storage costs to save on.
How close is the estimator to my actual price?
We quote the exact price from your list of addresses, and it can come in higher or lower than the estimate depending on your stops. The estimator is a good indicator regardless.
How do I determine my loading time at pick-up?
Three key factors: 1) Loading bay accessibility, a bay that needs lift access or long walks takes more time than a warehouse with immediate access. 2) Number of trips to load. 3) Weight of your goods.
How much cargo load space do I have?
4.8m³, which is 2.53m long x 1.44m wide x 1.27m high. That fits 2 Euro pallets (1.2m x 0.8m) loaded to about 1.2m high.
