Need longer on the day? Any block can extend from $55 per hour (half-day) or $50 per hour (full-day), subject to your driver's remaining schedule, with day rates shown on the Pricing page.
The fine print, upfront
The three policies that matter, in plain language. The full versions live in our Terms.
Pay when you book, by card or PayNow. Recurring schedules are charged in full at setup. Refunds return to your original method within 7 to 14 business days.
Cancel up to 48 hours before your start time for a small fee, shown before you confirm. Within 48 hours of your start time, 50% is refunded. No refund after the start time or for no-shows.
Extensions are subject to your driver's remaining schedule, so build buffer into your plan. Any block can run over from $55 per hour (half-day) or $50 per hour (full-day), settled on the spot, with day rates shown on the Pricing page.
