Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We operate with full flexibility and never ask clients to sign long-term contracts. If you prefer, you can pay upfront for all the future slots you want to book.
What is your cancellation policy?
For bookings made through the portal, cancelling within 48 hours of the run retains 50% of the fee. Cancel earlier than that and only 5% is deducted.
How do I know how many stops fit in a booking window?
As a first-time client, contact us and we will map it out for you: loading time, optimized route and drop-off time, based on our data. After that, you can use our route optimization tool to plan runs yourself.
