You book a dedicated van and driver for a half-day (4h) or full day (9h) at one flat rate, then direct the stops on the day.

1. First booking — a short call to scope your run. After that, you self-book anytime.
2. On the day — your driver reports to your pickup address with a trolley. Loading and unloading included.
3. Your route — run stops in your order, or let the route planner sequence them. Change stops anytime; only the pickup address is fixed.
4. Extras — pre-agreed tasks like signing invoices or DOs, done within the block.
5. Tracking — live GPS throughout your run; POD or signed paperwork on request via the instructions panel.

One-off or recurring with the same driver. No contract.

Bookings close 12 hours before your start time, and popular dates fill early, so book ahead. Cancelling costs a small 5% fee per run; within 48 hours of your start time, 50% of the amount paid is refunded instead, as your driver and slot are already committed.

Your van and driver are locked in, and you run the day your way.

1. Add your stops — unlimited stops, as long as they fit your booking window. Add stops and instructions on your booking page.
2. Check the fit — use our route optimization tool to check your route fits your booking window, including pickup time and average drop-off time at each stop.
3. Change anytime — add, remove, or reorder stops freely, up to and on the day itself. Only your pickup address is fixed.
4. Your driver — once assigned, you can contact them directly anytime.
5. On the day — your driver reports to your pickup at your start time and clears the stops, with live GPS throughout.
6. Running over — half-day blocks can extend from $55 per hour and full-day blocks from $50 per hour, settled on the spot, subject to your driver's remaining schedule.

Yes. Cancel up to 48 hours before your delivery window for a small cancellation fee. Within 48 hours of pickup, 50% of the amount paid is refunded, as your slot and vehicle capacity have been committed.

Yes. Your booking reserves the van and driver for your time block, not a fixed route, so plan and change your stops freely, up to and on the day itself. Your pickup (reporting) address is fixed once confirmed, as your driver's schedule is planned around it.

Each booking gives you a full van load, within reason and the law: we can't load above the rear windscreen or beyond safe limits. Individual items should be under 20kg so one person can carry them; anything heavier is welcome, but we'll need your team to help load and unload.

Our vans are ambient (non-refrigerated), with 2.53m by 1.44m by 1.27m of cargo space, 4.8 cubic metres in all, and up to 1,100kg of payload. We don't offer cold-chain or temperature-controlled transport, so chilled or frozen goods must be packed in insulated boxes with dry ice. Everything that fits and is legal, we carry.
