Frequently asked questions
How much does a point-to-point move cost?
A Point-to-Point move is $120 on weekdays, $150 on Saturdays and $240 on Sundays and public holidays. The price covers the van, driver, trolley, loading and unloading. Every move is quoted upfront, so you know the price before you book.
How much fits in one van?
Up to 1,100kg inside a 2.65m by 1.70m by 1.45m cargo bay, about 6.6 cubic metres. Not sure it fits? WhatsApp us a few photos or a list and we will tell you.
Will the driver carry my items?
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads with a trolley, for items up to 25kg each. Heavier pieces are fine if you help lift, or we can add manpower at an additional charge.
Can I ride along with my items?
Yes. Up to 2 passengers can ride along in the van, handy for event set-ups and moves where you want to travel with your belongings.
Do you pack or dismantle furniture?
No. Please have items packed and any furniture dismantled before your driver arrives, so your time on site goes to moving.
What if my move is bigger than one trip?
WhatsApp us photos or a list of your items and both addresses. We will quote the whole move upfront, including any extra trips.
Can I add a stop along the way?
Yes. Tell us every address when you book and we will include them in your quote.
