Frequently asked questions
How much does a van and driver for an event cost?
A half-day block is $165 for 4 hours and a full day is $299 for 8 hours, quoted upfront. The flat rate covers the van, driver, trolley, and all loading and unloading. Book a morning block for setup and an afternoon block for teardown, on your schedule, not the venue's.
Can I book a late-night teardown?
Deliveries run daily from 9am to 6pm, and you can book 24/7 on the site or app. For evening teardowns or runs outside these hours, WhatsApp us and we will arrange it around your call times.
How much event gear can one booking move?
Up to 1,100kg per booking, inside a 2.53m by 1.44m by 1.27m cargo bay, roughly 4.8 cubic metres. Keep each item under 20kg so one person can carry it; heavier fittings are welcome if your crew helps load. Vans are ambient, not refrigerated.
What if setup or teardown runs late?
Any block can run over from $55 per hour (half-day) or $50 per hour (full-day), settled on the spot and subject to your driver's remaining schedule.
Can I book a single run from my warehouse to the venue?
Yes. A half-day block covers a dedicated one-way run: we load at your warehouse, drive straight to the venue and unload on site. Book the window that matches your setup time.
