Frequently asked questions
How much does a van for central kitchen delivery cost?
A half-day block is $165 for 4 hours and a full day is $299 for 8 hours, priced upfront. One block covers the whole outlet round: the flat rate includes the van, driver, trolley, and all loading and unloading, with no per-stop charges however many shopfronts you supply.
Can you keep the deliveries chilled or frozen?
Our vans are ambient, not temperature-controlled, so we can't keep goods cold; chilled or frozen items must be packed with dry ice. Ambient-stable prep is fine, up to 1,100kg per booking inside a 2.53m by 1.44m by 1.27m bay. Keep each item under 20kg so one person can carry it.
Can the same driver do our daily outlet run?
Yes. We use in-house drivers, not a gig marketplace, and assign the same driver to you as much as we can. They learn your loading bays, access windows, and mall docks, so every drop stays on schedule and back-of-house routes stop being a puzzle.
What hours can the kitchen run go out?
Deliveries run daily from 9am to 6pm, and you can book 24/7 on the site or app. A morning half-day block covers early outlet supply; for runs outside these hours, WhatsApp us and we will arrange it.
