Frequently asked questions
How much does island-wide corporate gifting cost?
A half-day block is $165 for 4 hours and a full day is $299 for 8 hours, priced upfront. The flat rate covers the van, driver, trolley, and all loading and unloading, with no per-drop charge, so you run as many gift deliveries as fit your booked block.
Can I ride along and hand the gifts over myself?
Yes. Ride-alongs are welcome under your company's insurance, so you can travel with the driver and present each gift in person. Prefer not to? Your driver is presentable and professional, representing your company at every door, with hampers and fragile gifts handled with care.
How much can one gifting run carry?
Up to 1,100kg per booking, inside a 2.53m by 1.44m by 1.27m cargo bay, about 4.8 cubic metres, enough for a full round of hampers. Keep each item under 20kg so one person can carry it. Vans are ambient, so pack chilled gifts with dry ice.
How far ahead should I book festive gifting?
Festive weeks fill first, so book your slots before the peak. Bookings open 24/7 on the site or app, and deliveries run daily from 9am to 6pm, so CNY hampers, mooncakes, and year-end gifts can all go out on a single booked day across the island.
