Frequently asked questions
How do recurring restocking runs work?
Set the schedule once, weekly, biweekly, or on specific dates, and each run books as its own block: $165 for a half-day or $299 for a full day. The full amount for your scheduled runs is charged when you set up the schedule, and your stock keeps moving without a reminder from you.
Can the same driver do our restocking circuit each time?
Yes, that is the point of a standing schedule. We run in-house drivers and assign the same person to your circuit as much as we can. They learn the fastest order for your stops and each site's access and contact, so the round only gets tighter over time.
Can I cancel just one run in the schedule?
Yes. Cancellations are per-run, never your whole booking. Cancel a run more than 48 hours ahead for a small fee shown upfront; within 48 hours of the start, 50% is refunded. Fees apply only to the runs you cancel.
How much can each restocking run carry?
Up to 1,100kg per booking, inside a 2.53m by 1.44m by 1.27m cargo bay, about 4.8 cubic metres. Keep each item under 20kg so one person can handle it. Vans are ambient, so pack chilled or frozen stock with dry ice.
