Frequently asked questions
How much does a dedicated van for warehouse dispatch cost?
A half-day block is $165 for 4 hours and a full day is $299 for 8 hours, quoted upfront. The flat rate covers the van, driver, trolley, and all loading and unloading, with no per-stop or waiting charges. You run as many drop-offs as fit your booked block.
How much can one warehouse dispatch booking carry?
Up to 1,100kg per booking, inside a cargo bay of 2.53m by 1.44m by 1.27m, about 4.8 cubic metres. Keep each item under 20kg so one person can carry it; heavier pieces are fine if your team helps load. Vans are ambient, so pack chilled or frozen stock with dry ice.
Can the same driver run our dispatch each time?
Yes. We run in-house drivers, not a gig marketplace, and allocate the same driver to you as much as we can. Over repeat runs they learn your dock, your SKUs, and how you load, so each dispatch gets faster and needs less hand-holding from your team.
What if the dispatch runs longer than my booked block?
Any block can run over from $55 per hour (half-day) or $50 per hour (full-day), settled on the spot and subject to your driver's remaining schedule.
